Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Customers can either exchange the item for another or be refunded for the item less any delivery fee which may have been paid (Delivery fees will NOT be refunded).
3. All returns are facilitated in San Fernando, C3 or Southpark ONLY.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect order please alert us as soon as possible so we can facilitate you.

There will be absolutely NO RETURN on swimwear and intimate wear.
